It was good while it lasted. On Chinese New Year’s night, a happy birthday bash was still going strong after two in the morning at an open air karaoke bar off Second Road a short distance from the police station on Soi 9. Since Pattaya became a self administered district ten years ago it follows its own laws. I have relocated several times due to the blaring of the loudspeakers from the open air bars at all hours. Like manure, they keep spreading.
