Re: Bankrupt of logic P (PM Mailbag Friday, 17 July 2015) – ‘Good manners’ is the handmaiden of fascism. People who preach this non-reflective nonsense usually do not have many stamps in their passport. There are some truly awful places and awful people and awful governments and awful cultures. I owe them nothing but contempt.
