Re: Youth networks call for punishment in light of excessive hazing (PM September 14, 2016) – You will eliminate hazing of younger students when you eliminate puberty. Make it simple, each school has only two years’ worth of students in it and then transfer them to another school where the “older” students must begin again. Many lessons in empathy as the underdog could help, but never eliminate the evil that lives in the pubescent mind.
