Re: Coincidence not necessarily meaningful (PM Mailbag Friday, 07 August 2015) – The Japanese did this with real estate in the US and got their fingers burned. Bought Pebble Beach CC, many residences/business properties at way over asking prices to expedite sales and then, had to sell most at lower/distress prices.
