Many letters have been written regarding the appalling trash problem here in Pattaya. Why not make all premises responsible for immediately adjacent areas, i.e. pavements, waste ground, to be clear of trash? Beach vendors responsible not only for their concession but areas of beach between concessions and to sea edge. Maybe “litter” police could monitor and fine non-compliers and reward responsible premises.
The areas where buses and taxis park are probably the worst areas, e.g. opposite Grand Sole Hotel on 2nd Road, rat infested dumps. These should be cleared up and then policed.
