Re: City regulators stand firm against street vendor protest over fines, arrests (PM Friday, 29 March 2013) – Yes the traders are a hindrance. I travel along Pattaya Klang daily and find that they not only obstruct traffic but make life difficult for people using the pavement. This, I hasten to add, is not confined to just Pattaya Klang but to most of the small sois close by. As for tourists I lol; mostly Thais use these vendors. So move on and keep the traffic flowing and the pavements safe for tourists/Thais alike.
