Re: 100 rats killed at Bali Hai in 1st sweep (PM Friday, 30 January 2015) – Killing rats doesn’t do anything to control the rat population if you don’t change the environment. The more rats you kill, the more babies the rat mothers have. Unless the underlying problem of discarding waste in the open, allowing unsanitary conditions to exist, etc., the rats will never go away.
