I want to thank the Pattaya City Water dept. for saving me money. My water bill this month was the lowest it has been for months. Of course, you can expect this, when you don’t get water for two or three days out of the week. The meters don’t run when there is no water flowing through them.
At least there didn’t seem to be a problem for the week of Songkran.
