Re: Boxed in by motorcycle taxis (PM Friday, 12 December 2014) – Robert, Must be more to this then your letting on! Each motorcycle taxi group has an allocated stand from where to operate. If you were to park on it you would hinder customers seeing or using this service. Perhaps B100 was the estimated loss of revenue. Sure you could have called the police, but being a Farang you would have been fined for illegal parking. Rarely will a Thai take sides with a Farang against another Thai.
