Re: Ministry of Tourism set to lure back tourists (PM Friday, 02 October 2015) – I suppose Jomtien is part of this and so I would like to suggest that an official walks the beach at 6.30am to see the disgusting mess. Boom music cars blasting out music, people drinking all over the foot path and leaving all this junk behind. The Chinese tourists are scared to walk 5 meters from the bus as they see the carnage.
When I walk I have to weave in and out of the drunks and I feel sorry for the people wanting to sleep in but can’t due to the noise from the boom music cars.
Today I saw Thai groups on banana boats drunk and it was 6.30am.
