So I am clear, you had time to investigate all the electrical lines in the whole city? A true busman’s holiday. In normal times of precipitation Chiang Mai either floods or has periods of the worst air pollution in the country. The city is at the bottom of a bowl surrounded by mountains. The city has a vibrant “coffee house” culture and very important historic sites. The people of the former Lana Kingdom are commendable in spite of their geographic disadvantages. They, by the way, were born there unlike 80% who came to Pattaya to get rich quick.
