Re: Traffic expert calls Sukhumvit bypass tunnel wasteful, destructive (PM Friday, 12 July 2013) – “He instead suggested construction of a new highway for traffic bypassing Pattaya.” It has already been designed. http://pattayaprogress.org/roads/pattaya-bypass.html. It only has one flaw – unfortunately, probably fatal; f’lang idea.
