Yes, they have done a good construction job on the beach walk so far. The main problem as I see it is not the prostitutes but the beach rat infestation. You just need to walk there at night. Secondly, the food rubbish as people who eat throw their waste on the floor and not use the bins. Sadly this is mostly Thai people themselves who seem to have no consideration for their own city. Remember – mosquitoes bite rats then bite people. Lastly, if people don’t stop feeding the pigeons, this will be another tourist problem in one yrs time.
