Re: Pattaya officials outline parking, traffic revamp for Bali Hai Pier (PM Friday, 17 July 2015) – Boats or Buses – The picture in this article says it all. 100 parked up empty speed boats take up parking space! Boats should be in the water in the new marine bays provided by the city council to free up space for buses and cars, tourists and guests, to the Bali Hai Pier. Paying tourists are better than empty boats out of water!
