Re: No waiting allowed (PM Mailbag Friday, 12 July 2013) – They removed all the rental bikes and cars (from Beach Road) twice to my knowledge in the 1990s and it transformed the place. Of course it only lasted a few days before they were sneaking back in and blocking up everywhere again.
