Editor;
Don’t forget all the hundreds of expensive street lamps that lined the jogging trails and roads on Pratamnak hill that were stolen years ago, (maybe) by an unpaid supplier. A walk on these trails shows demolished posts and is a generally shocking experience.
Or the even more expensive dolphin lamp posts now gracing the walking boulevard that is illegally used, and destroyed, by the boat vendors.
And why do the marine police not occupy the new office for them near the marina? Maybe it’s not needed? And what about their unused boats?
Or what about the park on Big Buddha Hill? Many features make no sense such as the large car park at the bottom end that is inaccessible to cars.
But the marina tops the absurdity level with ease!
