Re: DSI meets with tour operators to discuss Russian guide complaints (PM Friday, 07 February 2014) – I guarantee there are illegal Russians working there. Just look at all the tourist companies catering to Russians, even being staffed by Russians. I don’t see any tourist company booths or kiosks with American or English or Scandinavian citizens.
