Re: Bidding begins on Pattaya Beach sand-refill project – (PM Friday, 27 June 2014) – There is some science to beach erosion. Placing some out-jutting barriers can catch and stop the sand. Channeling surface water and drains and catch basins properly. None of this is in Pattaya unfortunately.
