If anyone from City Hall reads this, there is a sewer problem on Soi Nernplabwan, Soi 29 that needs fixing.
About 50 meters inside this soi, there is a sewer leakage coming from the back side of a house on Soi 27, and it stinks to high heaven running down the street to our house on Soi 29.
I would appreciate it if something could be done to fix it.
