Re: The importance of preparing a Will in Thailand (PM Friday, 15 March 2013) – Thailand Testament: My brother, Guy Lloyd, was killed in Pattaya in 2010. He left a Testament in two parts, one in Thailand and one in Italy. A lady in Pattaya got his estate in Thailand, his bank account and his varies properties. In Italy half the estate went to the executor and half to my sister and myself. However, the executor stole all the Italian estate for himself. Our problem, the Pattaya lawyer who wrote the Testament refuses to answer letters or emails or calls. We need a letter from him for the Italian Testament and he will not speak to us.
