Re: As drought continues, waterworks hedge promises of no water shortages (PM Friday, 04 September 2015) – I’m not residing in Pattaya right now but if I was I’d find this article really distressing; water and electricity are our two most vital commodities. Rather than wait for the rains to come, Pattaya Water Authority should be thinking about installing state of the art desalination plants. With climate change making weather patterns much less predictable it’s the only way to go globally; it would help to stop sea levels rising as well. If the right attitude is there you can achieve anything.
