Re: City issues encroachment warnings to South Pattaya retailers (PM Friday 8 May 2015) – Time to go collecting the 10,000 baht from each vendor and illegally parked motorcycle. And don’t forget to fine the police for blocking the footpath with their police box at South Pattaya and 3rd Road junction.
With 5km of pavement/footpath/sidewalk it would be easy to make a few million.
