Re: Pattaya’s ‘big dig’ begins (PM Friday, 23 January 2015) – I suspect this will be a tremendous boondoggle. It will cause severe problems with utilities that will take years to remedy. Even a simple paving job like Jomtien 2nd Road dragged on for several years. The tunnel will be poorly designed and prone to flooding.
