Re: Robotic parking garage set to open in Pattaya next month (PM Friday, 18 October 2013) – And what about the new marina (at Bali Hai), which a few years ago had been presented as the new yachting hub for the Gulf of Thailand? Basic services and proper security are still missing and it does look like this will become just another speed boat parking. No serious yachtsman or cruiser would ever consider berthing his boat here under the present conditions. And when will the mess created by the speed boat owners at last be cleaned up?
