Re: PETA calls on Pattaya to stop dropping off dogs at Tony’s Shelter (PM Friday, 15 July 2011) – Hello, I just returned from a trip to Thailand where I have noted with dismay the poor health conditions of dogs and cats in Pattaya. They all suffer from leishmaniasis, even puppies. They are delivered and even had some very afraid of men. What can I do to help?
