Re: TAT tells businesses to focus on quality, not worry about Russian decline (PM Friday, 16 January 2015) – What is keeping the baht so strong and why? The value of the euro has fallen, the ruble, Australian dollar and many other currencies also which makes Thailand expensive. Surely a lower baht is better for Thailand as exports and tourism are major elements of the economy and Thailand would benefit having a better exchange rate.
