What a waste of money. I can see problems (technical) already with adding another lane that obviously would have to be at the beach side. While the whole world seems to be trying to reduce traffic, Pattaya does the opposite and concentrates more into an already congested area. What the end of Beach Road / walking street will look like I don’t know. Is this April 1st?
