Re: Disabled groups brainstorm accessibility upgrades (PM Friday, 17 July 2015) – A person in a wheelchair in Pattaya can’t go 100 meters without changing course and I notice very few “handholds” in stairwells and toilets. So where is this “Disabilities Fund” going?
