Re: Pheu Thai confident that Rice Pledging Scheme has improved farmers’ quality of life (PM Wednesday, 17 July 2013) – Just on TNN TV about a week ago, an old woman-victim of the flood disaster at Pang Nga was complaining that she received bags of rancid rice, as flood disaster relief, distributed by Pheu Thai Spokesperson Prompong Nopparit himself. So wtf is Prompong Nopparit ranting about? Yingluck’s Rice Pledge Scheme is contaminated definitely – by corruption, ineptitude, sleaze and yes, toxic chemicals too.
