A German expat and his Thai partner have been arrested for allegedly trafficking underage children for sex.
Nongprue and Provincial Police Region 2 Women and Child Protection officers raided a home on Soi Siam Country Club Feb. 18, apprehending the German and a Thai man.
Police had been monitoring the movements of the Thai man, who allegedly escorted a 17-year-old girl to the house in the Pattaya Green Ville development, with the German following behind on a motorbike.
There they found the German sitting with the teen and a shirtless foreigner coming out of a bedroom. Later, police found a 15-year-old wrapped only in a towel.
Police arrested both men for human trafficking of minors with the third person charged for sexual activities with a minor.
