The victim said four men burst into her Pattaya condo, claiming to be narcotics officers, although they were not in uniform and showed no identification. When queried about that, the men told her they were working overtime without their bosses’ knowledge.

Chompu shows her police report to the media.

The men “arrested” her and a friend, put sacks over their heads and took them to an unknown location, the victim said.

The victim admitted she had allowed her friend to “hide” in her room because she said that she was in danger. It’s also unclear if the narcotics the men produced was the friend’s or planted – the victim claimed she doesn’t take drugs – but she borrowed 50,000 to pay off the 25,000 bribe the “police” were demanding for each of their release.

They then were released and the victim filed a police report on Sept. 23, asking police to get her cash back.
