Four people including a pregnant woman were hurt in a four-vehicle pileup in Sattahip.
Panthip Intaprom, 40 years old and eight months pregnant, suffered grotesquely broken legs after her motorbike was struck by a Honda City in front of Tung Thong Barbecue at the Taotan intersection. Her husband, Songkarn Prajantasean, 34, suffered a cut to the face.

There wasn’t much left of the bike.

Inside the Honda, paramedics found a male driver, around age 30, and passenger Wipa Kumdee, 21, unconscious. All were transported to Queen Sirikit Naval Medical Center.
Also damaged in the crash were two parked Toyotas, one of them belonging to Tung Thong Barbecue owner Janram Wanchai.

Witness Jirawong Rohatat said the Honda was flying down Sukhumvit at high speed and hit the motorbike and then careened into the two parked cars in the barbecue parking lot.
