The snake catchers are all smiles as they display the 5-meter python they arrested for breaking and entering not to mention scaring the living daylights out of the home owner.

A five-meter-long python was captured in an East Pattaya housing project.

Homeowner Sukanya Boonla, 34, called snake-catchers to her Ban Eua-arthorn house July 23 after spotting the giant reptile.

The snake was hiding behind a water tank when officers arrived. The team spent 30 minutes catching the snake and took it to an uninhabited area for release.


It took 30 minutes for the snake catchers to capture and carry the giant python out from behind the water tank.
