Dr. Sophon Megthon, director of the Public Health Ministry’s Disease Control Department, opened the Aug. 18-20 seminar at the A-One Royal Cruise Hotel.

Held annually, the meeting brings together civil servants from across the kingdom to hear lectures on moral ethics and life quality development. This year’s lead speaker was Pornthip Rojanasuphan, an inspector at the Ministry of Justice and director of the Forensics Institute.
