Six people – including two minors – were arrested for allegedly dealing drugs in Sattahip.
Phuwanat Tancharoen, 27, Bandit Ngachang, 37, Boonyaporn Thongpron, 32, Sujinan Romsuk, 23, and two under-18 teens were captured in a sting operation on Soi Rungroj May 24.
A total of 103 methamphetamine tablets and 3.8 grams of crystal meth were confiscated from the group.
Sattahip District Chief Noraset Sritapatso said authorities had been monitoring a drug user since she was released from a rehabilitation center. When she tested positive for ya ba again, she was interrogated by police as to her source. She ratted out group arrested.
Phuwanat quickly turned on Bandit, claiming he was the real dealer.
