An American man wanted in Pathum Thani for fake documents has been arrested in Pattaya.
Hector Manuel Khamyan was apprehended by Chonburi Immigration officers and police from Sam Khok District in Pathum Thani at the Look Chang Inn on Thappraya Road Sept. 22. He admitted he was the person named in arrest warrant, but said he’d never been arrested before.
He was taken to the Chonburi Immigration Office to be transferred back to police for processing.
