An American expat was slightly injured when he crashed into a parked car in Pattaya.
Richard Lee Montez, 60, suffered only scratches and bruises despite flipping his Mazda June 4 on Pratamnak Soi 5. He was treated at the scene.
Montez rear-ended a parked Toyota Yaris owned by Kittipong Chumbua, 36, who claimed the foreigner was speeding.
