Nongprue residents received free screenings for hypertension and diabetes as Ban Tanman Health Promotion Hospital rolled a mobile medical unit into the community.
Saman Panprasong, president of Ban Tanman Community, welcomed nurses and the Ban Tanman Public Health Volunteer Club to the community’s health center Nov. 27.
The hospital delegation, led by nurse Apinya Phromwichian and Public Health Officer Titirat Pumjan, checked blood pressure and blood-sugar levels for locals.
They also offered advice on eating well and exercise.
