Nearly 50,000 cc of blood was collected at a blood drive organized in Banglamung to honor HM the King for his birthday.
District Chief Chawalit Saeng-Uthai presided over the Dec. 12 blood drive at the Banglamung government office with his wife, Banglamung Red Cross head Nuanjan Saeng-Uthai.
Students, soldiers, and local residents attended, donating 130 units of blood for a total 49,000 cc.
