A Soi Buakhao bar manager had her gold necklace snatched by a man who followed her from work.
Nakita Thangjongraj, 27, told police Nov. 19 a young man wearing a full-facemask motorcycle helmet rode up to her and grabbed the pricey chain outside The Village on Third Road.
She said the man actually had followed her from Soi Buakhao after she left work. She didn’t pay him any mind at the time, but he ended up robbing her.
Passers-by tried to chase down the bandit and police closed off escape routes, but failed to nab the gold snatcher.
