Chonburi Immigration Police arrested a German bar owner wanted for fraud in his home country who was hiding out in Pattaya.
Jens Arno Holger Treutel, 41, was taken into custody Nov. 10 at his Crazy Pub on Soi Yensabai.
Police said the German embassy had requested their help in apprehending Treutel, who was wanted on a January arrest warrant in Hamburg where he was wanted on fraud charges.
Treutel denied the charges.
Jens Arno Holger Treutel will be returning to Germany to face fraud charges.
