Pattaya police are searching for five men who allegedly abducted a woman in Jomtien Beach.
The woman, identified only as Pao, 30, was taken from the Champ Bar Beer at the Rompo Market in Jomtien Beach Dec. 14.
Friend Pornipa Masingh, 27, told police the two were having drinks when the five men pulled up, threw her into a school van and sped off.
Pornipa said her friend was having problems with the bar she was working at and wanted to leave, but the owner refused to let her go and threatened to follow her if she did.
