Burapa Bike Week returns to Pattaya with a romantic flourish this year, taking place over Valentine’s Day.
Pattaya Deputy Mayor chaired a Jan. 19 planning meeting for the Feb. 14-16 show at the Eastern National Indoor Sports Stadium.
The event again will feature a “ride for peace” with the “Stay Strong 2019” theme on Feb. 16 at 6 p.m.
Officials and Prasan Nikaji, president of the Burapa Motorcycle Club, reviewed plans for traffic, security, stages and other details.
The theme of “all people are relatives” will emphasize joyful activities to create fun on each stage. One stage will feature classic rock from legendary guitarist Lam Morrison and tribute bands doing Guns N’ Roses and AC-DC music as well as other heavy metal and reggae bands from the U.K. and Jamaica.
