Pattaya-area business offered belated New Year’s wishes to Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome.
Pattaya Business & Tourism Association President Sinchai Wattanasartsathorn and Thai Hotels Association Eastern Region President Sanphet Suphabuansathien led the gift basket-bearing delegation to city hall Jan. 16 at 9 a.m., which saw well wishes streaming through for five hours.
It is a tradition that is held every year to express friendship between the private and government sectors.

Itthiphol handed out Pattaya 2015 calendars and said, “Whatever bad in the old year happened, just let it go away with and let’s start fresh in 2015.”
The mayor wished everyone good health and good fortune in the New Year and asked for their cooperation in growing the city’s economy and good reputation.
