Central Festival Pattaya Beach, the Provincial Waterworks Authority, area hotels and others joined forces to renovate toilets and beautify landscapes at Jomtien’s Hadmai Krathingthong Temple.
Deputy Mayor Verawat Khakhay and Central Festival General Manager Theeraporn Jitnawa joined representatives from Central Center and Soi Chaiyapruek Community 1 along with students for the May 28 community-outreach project, the fourth of 10 planned by the beachfront mall.
Volunteers provided their time and effort to repaint and renovate temple restrooms and public areas.
Each event has garnered more co-sponsors and, this time, the PWA provided beverages, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden supplied plants and flowers, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya donated first-aid kits and students from Pattaya School No. 7 provided their time and effort to repaint and renovate temple restrooms and public areas.
Other co-sponsors included SFX Cinemas, Holiday Inn Pattaya and Power Buy.
Central Festival executives said future activities are planned for Huay Yai, Nongket Noi, Suttawas, Prachumkhongkha, Chaimongkol, Mai Hat Samran and Laung Pho Ee temples.
