A central Pattaya man was arrested for allegedly stealing his neighbor’s motorbike.
Weeraphan Pangpipat, 29, was taken into custody May 3 at the Pradubyard Apartments on Sukhumvit Soi 42 after a witness told police he saw Weeraphan drive away Noparat Padkunthod’s Honda.
Noparat, 20, said he parked the three-month-old bike and chained it in the parking lot, but came out and it was gone.
Weeraphan denied taking the bike, but another witness came forward and accused him of taking the motorcycle and parking it at Big C Extra. Police found the bike there and arrested the man.
