Motoring enthusiasts again hope to raise hundreds of thousands of baht for needy children when the Pattaya Classic Car Show opens at the Asia Hotel Saturday March 2 at noon.
Deputy Mayor Ronakit Ekasingh and city officials announced the final schedule for the expo Feb. 25. Registration begins March 2 with a parade of 50 classic cars rolling through Pattaya on Saturday at 4 pm.
March 2 also will see stage performances and charity activities at the hotel that night starting at 7 pm.
Current mayoral advisor Rattanachai Sutidechanai said Feb. 19 the show would benefit the Human Help Network Foundation (Thailand), which operates the Child Protection and Development Center, Drop-In Center and ASEAN Education Center.
The first Classic Car Show in March 2017 raised 400,000 baht for the charity foundation.
