Transnational crime and immigration police raided a drug party and arrested 8 Chinese and six Myanmar nationals at a Pattaya closed commercial building.
Two Thai women also were among those dancing when officers stormed the building early April 30.
Officers seized packets of white powder believed to be ketamine, along with paraphernalia.
