A Chinese man who thought he’d met a woman online was left only with injuries after his new love turned out to be a ladyboy.
Hsiao Shun-Wen and his friend Yeh Chung-Yi, both 32, sustained injuries in the argument that broke out with a group of transvestites at the Bella Villa Hotel on Soi 4 June 14.
Vilairath Nakul, a friend of the Chinese men, said Hsiao was chatting on Facebook to someone he thought was a woman and they decided to meet. But when the facts became apparent, an argument ensued.
The argument got a bit violent and the transgender trickster and a few friends attacked Hsiao before fleeing the scene.
