Chonburi police hold a mobile meeting to tackle community issues

Pattaya, Thailand – Pol. Lt. Gen. Ittipol Ittisanronnachai, Commander of Provincial Police Region 2, chaired a mobile “round table” initiative at the Community Hall of Bang Lamung District Office on Aug 31, attended by Banglamung District Chief Pisit Sirisawasdinukul, Mayor Poramet Ngamphichet, President of the Pattaya City Council Banlue Kullavanijaya, and representatives from both the public and private sectors, aimed at strengthening the bond between law enforcement agencies and the local community.



The project’s primary goal was to foster effective communication between government entities and the public, promoting collaboration in sharing ideas about operational matters without bureaucratic constraints. It served as a platform for discussions on pressing community issues, including vagrancy, illegal drugs, traffic concerns, disputes within the tourism industry, and online scams. The initiative actively encouraged input from businesses and citizens, inviting recommendations and solutions to tackle these challenges.


Mayor Poramet Ngamphichet and President of the Pattaya City Council Banlue Kullavanijaya attended the meeting to help tackle security related issues in Pattaya and its surroundings.
